Services:
Dealer Pixels provides marketing support services exclusively for car dealerships. These services include lead generation, promotional campaigns, and other marketing strategies aimed at enhancing sales and revenue.

Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the implementation of marketing campaigns. Any delays or inaccuracies in information may impact the effectiveness of the services provided.

Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property, including but not limited to logos, designs, and promotional materials, developed during the provision of services, remains the property of Dealer Pixels unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the course of the business relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing strategies, client lists, and proprietary information.

Payment Terms:
Clients agree to adhere to the payment terms specified in the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable.

Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

Limitation of Liability:
Dealer Pixels is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services. The total liability of Dealer Pixels is limited to the total fees paid by the client.

Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or technical failures.

Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration.

Amendments:
Dealer Pixels reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
